Know your suppliers and what you really pay
Price is only half the decision. GetL1 builds a scorecard for each supplier from your own orders, checks their GST details, keeps the rates you agreed in rate contracts, and shows what you have paid for every item over time. All of it appears where you decide: next to each quote.
A supplier scorecard from your own orders
Every supplier gets a score out of 100 from the last 12 months of your orders with them: on-time delivery, quality from rejected goods, how often they quote, how fast they accept purchase orders and how many invoices were disputed. Only your company sees it.
- Score shown beside each quote and on the award form
- GSTIN check digit, GST state and PAN checked
- Udyam (MSME) number and document verification shown
Price history for every item you buy
Every purchase order adds its item rates to your price history. See the last rate, the lowest you paid, the trend and which supplier gave which price. When you create the next RFQ, the last price is filled in for you, so the savings report works without extra effort.
- Matched by item, specification and unit
- Rate chart over time
- Last price shown as you type a new RFQ
Rate contracts in one click
Turn any purchase order into a rate contract: the agreed rates with that supplier for the months ahead. The supplier confirms it online, your team sees the contract rate whenever the item comes up, and you are reminded 30 and 7 days before it ends.
- Made from a PO or by hand
- Supplier confirmation recorded
- End early with a reason the supplier sees
Questions
How is the supplier score calculated?
From the last 12 months of your orders: on-time delivery (35%), quality from rejected goods (30%), quote response (15%), PO acceptance speed (10%) and invoice accuracy (10%). It appears once a delivery has been recorded.
Can other buyers see our scores?
No. Each buyer's scores come only from its own orders and are never shared.
Does GetL1 check if a GSTIN is real?
It checks the format and the check digit, that the state matches the address and that the PAN matches the GSTIN. For large orders we still suggest confirming the GSTIN is active on the GST portal.
What is a rate contract?
An agreement with a supplier to supply items at fixed rates for a period, usually a year. Repeat items are then bought at the agreed rate without negotiating every time.
